By accessing or using IncomeBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
IncomeBase is a financial dashboard tool that aggregates income data from third-party platforms including Stripe, PayPal, and Gumroad. The service provides visualization, analytics, and tax estimation tools for solopreneurs and freelancers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use IncomeBase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Access
By providing API keys from third-party platforms, you authorize IncomeBase to access your account data on those platforms solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide such access under the terms of those platforms.
5. Subscription and Payment
IncomeBase offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription of $15 per month. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@incomebase.app.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use IncomeBase for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
IncomeBase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tax estimates or financial projections shown in the dashboard. This tool is not a substitute for professional financial or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
IncomeBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
