Connect Ko-fi

ℹ️ Ko-fi provides an API Token from your account settings. This gives read-only access to your donation and shop data.

Go to Ko-fi

Open your browser and go to:

ko-fi.com
💡 Make sure you are logged in to your Ko-fi account.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile icon and navigate to:

Settings

Find the API Section

Scroll down in Settings to find:

Settings→API
💡 The API section may be under "Advanced" or "Developer" settings.

Copy your API Token

On the API page:

  • ✓You will see your unique API Token
  • ✓Click "Copy" or select and copy the token
💡 This token is unique to your account. Never share it publicly.

Paste in IncomeBase

In your IncomeBase dashboard:

  • ✓Go to Connect tab
  • ✓Click "Connect" next to Ko-fi
  • ✓Paste your API Token
  • ✓Click "Connect →"
💡 Your token is encrypted immediately upon saving.

You're all set!

Your Ko-fi donations and sales will now appear on your dashboard.
