Connect Stripe

2 minute setup · Read-only access

ℹ️ IncomeBase uses your Stripe Secret Key to read your income data. We never make any charges or changes to your account.

Go to Stripe Dashboard

Open your browser and go to:

dashboard.stripe.com
💡 Make sure you are logged in to your Stripe account.

Open Developers Section

In the left sidebar, click on:

Developers
💡 If you are in test mode, make sure to switch to Live mode for real data.

Go to API Keys

Under Developers, click on:

Developers→API Keys

Copy your Secret Key

You will see two keys on this page:

  • ✓Publishable key (starts with pk_) — not needed
  • ✓Secret key (starts with sk_) — this is what you need
💡 Click "Reveal live key" to see the full secret key, then copy it.

Paste in IncomeBase

In your IncomeBase dashboard:

  • ✓Go to Connect tab
  • ✓Click "Connect" next to Stripe
  • ✓Paste your Secret Key
  • ✓Click "Connect →"
💡 Your key is encrypted immediately. We never store it in plain text.

You're all set!

Your Stripe income will now appear on your dashboard in real-time.
